Mud cleaner, also called all-in-one machine of desanding and desilting, is the secondary and tertiary solid control equipment to process drilling fluid, which combines desanding cyclone, desilting cyclone and underset screen as one complete equipment. With compact structure, small size and powerful function, it is the ideal choice for secondary and tertiary solid control equipment.
Technical Features:
• Adopt ANSNY finite element analysis, optimized structure, less displacement of involved and related parts and wearing parts.
• Adopt SS304 or Q345 high-strength alloy material.
• Screen box with heat treatment, acid pickling, galvanizing-assist, hot-dip galvanizing, inactivation and fine polish.
• Vibration motor is from OLI, Italy.
• Electronic control system adopts Huarong (brand) or Helong (brand) explosion-proof.
• High strength shock-proof composite rubber material used to reduce shock.
• Cyclone adopts high wearproof polyurethane and high imitation Derrick structure.
